Bob, formerly Captain Bob, is a friend of Happyman and one of the main protagonists of Happyman on the Red Planet.
Biography[]
Starship Genius[]
Bob appears in the final episode to pick up the Starship Genius crew members who escaped, and drives them home [1].
Happyman on the Red Planet[]

After multiple Fish Legion escapades, Happyman and Green Monster move to the suburbia of a nearby planet with Bob as their neighbor. One day, Bob decides to explore the Red Planet, although his form of transportation is never revealed. One of the residing aliens warns him of George, who pursues him a day later. His two neighbors coincidentally visit the planet that day, and when Bob tells them of his predicament, Happyman picks him up in his car and the three drive off [2].
Later on, Bob suggests taking a swim in a nearby lake. When the trio does so, George appears, clarifying that he wants to befriend them. The three friends nevertheless drive off in fear of his appearance [3].
They later change their minds (to the dismay of Fred) [4], and befriend George [5], who shows them around the Red Planet. However, George gets overexcited, and flies over rough terrain, which (thanks to the high gravity) the three friends struggle to keep from crashing into [6]. Happyman's party decides to ditch George, only for George to kidnap Bob out of nervousness [7].
George places Bob at the top of his mountain where the two can play forever, and flies off in joy. However, Bob decides to escape, and quickly climbs down the mountain [8]. Finding a cave at the bottom, he decides to enter it to escape George further, although it extends into an elaborate underground world. He eventually finds a boat, sails along an underground stream [9], and finds a small island, where Sue resides. The two fall in love and dance [10], although Bob later has to leave the cave to find his friends. Before he sails off, Sue reveals that George is her brother [11].

In Ratboy's Fan Art Tribute, Solstice asks how Bob is doing, to which Happyman replies that he's doing fine [12].
Appearance and Personality[]
Bob has an appearance similar to Happyman with bright green hair and dark blue eyes. He wears an orange shirt (which is green on the inside) and bright purple/pink shorts. Unlike Happyman, Bob has four fingers instead of three.
According to Ratboy's Cafepress gift shop, Bob is described as intrepid and brave. [13]
